STIGMERGY IN CONSTRUCTION

This website is the main delivery of the master thesis Stigmergy in Construction. The thesis is a prolongation of a literature review delivered as a project thesis in the autumn of 2018. The master thesis is a study of the coordination mechanism known as stigmergy. It includes examples of stigmergy in social insects, humans and software development. The thesis also considers project management in the construction industry. Eventually, it links stigmergic coordination to construction management. Another part of the delivery is a project report. The project report outlines the scope and goal of the thesis. It also discusses the use of a website as the medium for submitting the thesis and some of the design aspects on the website.
